2020 Pinewood Derby

Pack 1 Acton’s 2020 Pinewood Derby was like none other! The COVID-19 shutdown hit our community a mere 3 days before our scheduled Pinewood Derby in March. We spent seven months wondering if it would ever happen. But thanks to a Pinewood Derby Team who went Above and Beyond, the race was held, of all places, on the side of a road! How cool is that! We could not all be together for the running of the derby but a video will be forthcoming for us all to see. And we have an awesome virtual showcase of the cars on the website right now. Congratulations to all 24 Scouts who built and submitted cars!
