Lions, Tigers, Wolves: On Sunday, December 13th at 2PM, we will go for a hike at the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge (ARNWR). We will meet at the Visitors’ center on Winterberry Way in Sudbury, and walk around Puffer’s Pond.

Lions, Tigers, and Wolves. Let’s go for a hike.
On Sunday, December 13th at 2PM, we will go for a hike at the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge (ARNWR). We will meet at the Visitors’ center on Winterberry Way in Sudbury, and walk around Puffer’s Pond. If you have not been to the refuge before, it is an amazing place, with wildlife, as well as signs of its past as the Sudbury Training Annex of the Fort Devens Army base.
I would recommend either parking at the main lot at the Visitors Center, or at the Old Marlboro Road lot in Maynard (it’s about half a mile walk to the Visitor’s Center).
Some parts of the path may be wet. Please dress appropriately.
